Our manufacturing staff includes resident Certified Trainers for Wire and Cable Harnesses (IPC-A-620) and Certified Trainers for Circuit Card Assemblies (IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC 7711/7721). The three latter standards address process, final inspection, and rework/repair of circuit card assemblies. UEC complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 for protection of ESD-sensitive devices and prevention of Foreign Object Damage (FOD). Our Director of Operations and Quality Manager maintain American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ CSSBB) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQOE) certifications. Our Program Managers possess appropriate Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or applicable Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) level certifications.
