The Smart Leak Protection System
Overview
Global Moisture Management Systems (GMMS) designed the WaterSafe to prevent major leaks before they occur. The system includes 4 wireless sensors (with additional sensors available) that are placed under appliances, HVAC drip pans, toilets, or anywhere a major leak could occur. The sensors communicate with the controller, and if a leak occurs, the controller's internal alarm is activated and the water supply is shut down immediately.
Once the problem has been fixed, one simply presses the reset button on the controller and the water resumes immediately. The system is also equipped with a tripping mechanism to ensure it is working properly.
